After spending four years studying English, and a lifetime of reading countless books, and pouring endless thoughts into writing journals, my passion to somehow turn this into a career has only grown. In my time at Millersville University, I became a published writer both in online and print magazine form. I have learned and developed skills as an editor, both in classes and in my freelance work. I have flourished in my design abilities, (whether drawing or digitally) in the classroom and in personal studies.
On this page you will find examples of my past projects including, layout, design, typography, and art projects. You will also find examples and links to a variety of writing samples.
The Herb and Spice Guide (pictured right) was one of the largest, most in-depth assignments I completed during my time at WebstaurantStore. It features an brief overview of seasoning categories, as well as a detailed history and list of common uses of every spice on the e-commerce site. I wrote all of the original content and designed the pages throughout the entire library. Click on the image to view the entire library.
This is one of the many articles I wrote during my time at WebstaurantStore. These articles cover many topics relevant to the food service industry such as business practices, purchasing, how-to's, and more. The linked article offers a step-by-step guide for opening a bakery. Here you will find some of my published Campus Celebrity articles for HerCampus Millersville. Each person interviewed for the articles was a notable or outstanding student around campus. Select from one of the samples below, or click on the HerCampus seal to find my entire catalog of writing.
